These terms apply when you use DietoAI (dietoai.excalatech.com) and our website (excalatech.com), operated by ExcalaTech (“we”, “us”). By signing in or paying, you agree to them.

1. What DietoAI is

DietoAI is an AI meal-planning and food-tracking service. It creates daily meal plans, estimates calories and nutrients, and adjusts plans from the information you give it.

2. Not medical advice

DietoAI gives general wellness guidance only. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition and does not prescribe or change medicines. Always follow your doctor or dietitian, especially if you have diabetes, kidney disease, high blood pressure, thyroid problems, are pregnant, take insulin or other medicines, or have an eating disorder.

Calorie, nutrient, sugar and blood-pressure information shown by DietoAI is an estimate. Do not use it to decide insulin or medicine doses. If a reading is very high or very low, contact a doctor or emergency service.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google. You must be 18 or older, or use DietoAI with a parent or guardian. You are responsible for activity on your account and for giving accurate information.

4. Plans and payment

DietoAI is a paid service. You can buy a monthly plan (30 days of access) or a yearly plan (365 days of access).

Each payment is a one-time payment. Plans do not renew automatically and we never charge you again unless you choose to pay.

If you pay while you already have an active plan, the new time is added to the end of your current plan.

Prices are set in US dollars. Where your currency is supported (for example INR, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, SGD, AED) the amount is converted at the daily exchange rate and shown before you pay. Other currencies are charged in USD. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before you pay.

Payments are processed by Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking and wallets, depending on your country and currency). We do not see or store your card or bank details.

We may change prices at any time. A new price applies only to payments made after the change.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, resell or share your access with others;
• try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service;
• use the service to break the law or to harm others;
• use automated tools to extract plans or data in bulk.

7. AI limits

AI can make mistakes. Meal plans and nutrition numbers are estimates and may be wrong. Check food labels, allergens and ingredients yourself. You are responsible for your food choices.

8. Your data

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Our rights

DietoAI, its design, text and software belong to ExcalaTech. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use the service while your plan is active.

10. Limits of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, ExcalaTech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any harm that results from relying on estimates or plans without professional advice. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Ending access

You may stop using DietoAI at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if a payment is reversed or disputed.

12. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
